Evelyn Tolbert’s Tracy Our Town USA opens tonight in the Grand Theatre’s Studio Theatre. This year’s story shares the legacy of seven remarkable women who made a significant difference in forming Tracy’s history. Directed by Laura Hagler, and produced by the Tracy Performing Arts Foundation.
