Cheryl Polson has been involved with performing arts since High School where she performed in various school choirs and choir competitions. She had her first taste of stage theater as a senior in High School and found she loved being on stage.
After marrying and beginning to raise a family, she returned to the stage and has not stopped since. She has performed in many productions in Utah with Heritage Theater and Clearfield City. She served on the Arts Council with Clearfield City for 7 years.
She taught Elementary Music for 5 years and her love of nurturing children and fostering a development for performing arts grew. She took her school choir to perform at Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake City, home of the Utah Symphony, in an invitation only fundraiser for the Arts.
She has taken the Stage in Tracy as well, in the play Doubt, a Parable, in which she finally performed opposite of her husband.
Music changes lives and bridges the gaps between generations, cultures and religions. It has a unifying role in our society. Performing in any capacity can bring confidence and acceptance to all age groups.
