Mary started in theater in 1974 in junior high school. She continued her involvement always gravitating to the theater department in college or participating in community theater.
She had the ultimate experience of working the 1981-82 seasons at the American Conservatory Theatre (ACT) in San Francisco as a dresser.
In 1990 Mary moved to Tracy with her husband, Brian, and Nick, the dog. Twenty (20) years later Mary had the opportunity to return to theater in 2010 working in The Laramie Project. Since 2010, Mary has been involved in numerous plays and productions. A recent culmination of her efforts resulted in the opportunity to be on stage in China performing in At the Playground in Shanghai, China.
Currently, Mary is the company and facility manager for the Tracy Performing Arts Foundation managing day to day activities at the TPAF Gallery and Playhouse.
