The Tracy Performing Arts Foundation (TPAF) is dedicated to preserving and promoting the performing arts. It is through this branch of humanities that we are able to give back to the community in ways that provide children self-confidence, encourage community participation, create opportunities to achieve excellence, and improve quality of life. TPAF seeks to increase the support for performing arts by working in partnership with other community entities to bring a cross-section of performing arts and related events to Tracy and the surrounding communities.
