Give Five to Keep the Arts Alive
With the recent economic downturn and budget cuts, it is more critical than ever that we contribute to programs that will allow us to Keep the Arts Alive in our community. Those budget cuts relate specifically to the programs that our school districts can offer to our youth. This year, we have incorporated school districts in our fundraising campaign. Not only will the Tracy Performing Arts Foundation continue to create programs, opportunities and scholarships to allow performing artists to hone their craft, we will provide funding to schools to allow our youth to continue to access the performing arts. Studies have shown that students that have access to performing arts have improved attendance at school and achieve better grades which keep them occupied, educated, and engaged. We also know that a focus on the arts also creates quantifiable value to our community.
Whether you contribute $5, $55, $500 or $5000, all of the funds will go toward creating opportunities, scholarships, and access to the arts in our community. We also offer sponsorship opportunities so if you are a business that may be interested in additional exposure, we would be happy to discuss how we may be a benefit to you, as well. Donations of $500 or more will receive two season passes to attend all Resident Theatre Company productions as our guest. We thank you in advance for your contribution and support.
